WizMote remote
The panel works with a WiZ WizMote, the small battery remote sold for WiZ smart bulbs. It talks to the panel directly, with no hub and no app, and works whether or not your phone is nearby.
Pairing
Section titled “Pairing”- Open the device page, or the Remote section in the Game Day app, and find the Remote card.
- Turn on Discovery. The status line says Discovery on: press any button on the remote.
- Press any button on the WizMote.
The panel pairs with that remote and turns Discovery off by itself. The status line says Paired: and the remote’s address.
The panel pairs with one remote at a time. Pairing another one replaces the first. Unpair remote in the same card forgets the paired remote, and the status says No remote paired. Discovery always starts off after the panel restarts, so a remote you haven’t paired can’t take over the panel.
The buttons
Section titled “The buttons”| Button | What it does |

| ON | Turns the panel on. |
| OFF | Turns the panel off. |
| Brighter | Raises the brightness by a tenth of full. On a panel that is off, it turns the panel on at the brightness it had. |
| Dimmer | Lowers the brightness by a tenth of full, down to the lowest setting. On a panel that is off, it does nothing, so pressing it in the dark can’t leave the panel too dim to see next time. |
| NIGHT | Dims the panel right down to a night level, about 8% of full. On a panel that is off, it turns the panel on at that level. |

The brightness buttons move the same Brightness setting as the device page and the app.
The numbered buttons
Section titled “The numbered buttons”Buttons 1 to 4 are the first four teams in your favorites list, in order. The device page marks them in the Favorites card. Each button also turns on a panel that is off.
- In Favorite teams, a button jumps to that favorite. If its game is on, the panel stays on it; otherwise its card shows for a moment and the playlist carries on.
- In My team or Live games, a button switches the panel to My team, following that favorite.
- A button for an empty slot does nothing.
